to Surveying
Working with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Dresdner Robin performed over 25 surveys for the State Agricultural Development Committee totaling over 2,081 acres.
The project entailed the surveying of lands in which the title of the development rights were to be transferred to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. These surveys were performed to the standards set by the NJDEP Farmland Preservation Program.
Dresnder Robin obtained the necessary deeds and plans of the property in question and the adjoining properties. We then created a network of control and located all site features as related to the properties being surveyed. That information was then used to determine the location of the outbound of the parcel that was being acquired by the state. Property corners were set in accordance with the contract.
