Beginning with the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") documentation for the Newport Development Project in 1982, Dresdner Robin has been continuously active in waterfront development projects on the Passaic River and along the Hudson River in particular. In addition to NEPA documentation our services have including planning, hazardous materials investigation, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Land Use Regulation Program permitting, US Army Corps nationwide and individual permits, site planning, infrastructure design, bulkhead rehabilitation, marina, open space and walkway design.
Our list of projects includes Newport, Harsimus Cove South, Harbourside, Colgate redevelopment areas as well as Hudson Point, Port Liberte and Droyers Point. Our completed projects include residential, commercial, walkway, pier and marina developments. Dresdner Robon is currently managing the development of a master plan and zoning for an 85-acre waterfront zone along the Passaic River.

Waterfront projects generally require the integration of numerous design disciplines including planning, environmental, civil, structural, architectural and marine to solve the unique regulatory and design challenges.
