Bruce Callahan
Director of Surveying Services, has 38 years of land surveying experience, including the last 29 years as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of New Jersey. As Project Surveyor, a large portion of Mr. Callahan’s responsibilities have been to supervise boundary, right of way and topographic surveys in the northeast portion of New Jersey. At the request of various clients such as Public Service Electric and Gas Company, the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Green Acres Program, Hartz Mountain Industries Inc. and Sunrise Assisted Living, he has had occasion to oversee projects throughout the State of New Jersey. Other areas of expertise include utility surveys, control and settlement surveys, construction layout and as-built surveys; Mr. Callahan has provided expert testimony before numerous municipal and county planning boards, courts and condemnation commissions. He has testified on behalf of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey at condemnation hearings for the monorail extension at Newark Liberty International Airport and the Palisades Interstate Parkway ramp at the George Washington Bridge. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (1979).
