Daphne Galvin, P.E., P.P., LEED AP
Director of Engineering Services, has 25 years of design, regulatory permits/approvals and construction administration experience for commercial clients and municipal agencies. This experience includes project management, expert testimony and real estate consulting, development feasibility and regulatory permit/approval analyses. She has managed both small and large scale projects through all phases of planned residential and commercial/industrial developments, municipal engineering and construction administration. Design experience includes general site layout/design, roadways, water, sanitary sewer and utility systems, stormwater management facilities, etc. Key development projects include the Prologis Port Reading Business Park in Woodbridge, multiple projects at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, Seabrook Village Continuing Care Residential Community in Tinton Falls, The Grande at Battleground major subdivision/golf course in Manalapan, the Newark Housing Authority and The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Camden. Prior to joining Dresdner Robin, Ms. Galvin was an Associate at Schoor DePalma (now CMX), one of the premier consulting firms in New Jersey. Ms. Galvin is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey and Delaware and a registered professional planner in New Jersey. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Ms. Galvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
