Dresdner Robin offers a wide variety of environmental
services to public and private clients throughout the northeast.
Working with legal, financial, commercial clients and developers,
Dresdner Robin routinely conducts property due diligence evaluations
including the preparation of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
and Preliminary Assessments in accordance with ASTM, AAI,
and the NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation.
These evaluations allow Dresdner Robin to identify potential
environmental areas of concern and enable us to provide insight
and guidance to our clients with regard to potential environmental
liabilities.
Comprised of geologists, environmental scientists and hydrogeologists
among others, Dresdner Robin regularly conducts site/remedial
investigations of soil, groundwater and air matrices. Complying
with applicable federal, state and local regulations, our
multidisciplinary staff and “hands on” management
style allow us to quickly evaluate project requirements and
provide timely, cost effective, and “client conscious”
solutions.
Dresdner Robin also provides a wide range of services to owners
and operators of underground storage tanks (UST) and is certified
in both UST Closure and Subsurface Investigation. Our staff
has the expertise to develop and implement tank management
programs, remove USTs and to investigate and if necessary
remediate contamination associated with USTs.
Dresdner Robin’s environmental staff include several
NJDEP certified “Clean up Stars” that as a result
of their extensive experience are entitled to expedited reviews
from the NJDEP. Dresdner Robin’s “Clean Up Stars”
routinely receive responses (e.g. No Further Action letters)
from NJDEP within two weeks of submission of documentation
to NJDEP.
Dresdner Robin has played a key role in redeveloping many
of New Jersey’s underutilized and vacant industrial
(“brownfield”) properties into one of the most
vibrant urban centers, especially Jersey City. Successful
brownfield projects require an effective meld of environmental
science, site engineering and planning expertise. Dresdner
Robin’s blend of services is uniquely structured to
effectively evaluate and resolve brownfield development issues
and is experienced in facilitating project goals and objectives.
Whether it is a simple investigation associated
with a minor spill, or the design and construction of a complex
remediation system, Dresdner Robin has the resources and the
technical sophistication to deal with a wide assortment of
environmental conditions.
