Jeffrey D. Reeves, P.E.
Director of Engineering, has over 25 years of experience including the preparation
of commercial site plans and major subdivision design, local
roadway design, highway design, preparation of right-of-way
acquisition plans, storm water management, roadway interchange
design, regulatory permit preparation and preparing utility
relocation plans. He also has experience with design of major
transit facilities, from park-n-ride commuter lots to train
storage yards. Mr. Reeves was Lead Civil Engineer for several
design-unit sections of the Hudson Bergen Light Rail Transit
System. HBLRTS is a 20.5 mile light rail corridor that extends
from Bayonne to the Vince Lombardi Park-Ride along the New
Jersey Turnpike. His duties included the design of civil facilities
for the rail corridor, roadway improvements, design of park-ride
commuter lots and drainage systems. He also prepared the civil
standards, directive drawings and general civil specifications.
Jeff is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
