Frederick W. Worstell, P.E.
President of Dresdner Robin, is recognized as an expert in his field for site development, environmental investigation, remedial design, construction management and regulatory affairs. A "brownfield" specialist, Fred has completed numerous commercial and residential projects on former industrial sites with soil and groundwater contamination. His list of engineering projects has included the design and coordination of major civil projects including roadway and interchange improvements, as well as water, storm-water and sewer infrastructure. Numerous development projects have been of regional impact requiring significant public review and negotiation with local, state and federal agencies. Fred's environmental practice areas include sites impacted by a broad spectrum of soil and groundwater contamination, wetlands and endangered species. Prior to joining Dresdner Robin, Fred directed site development and engineering activities for Melvin Simon, a nationally recognized development company. Fred is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey, Connecticut, Indiana and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University.
