to Surveying
Working with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Dresdner Robin performed 18 surveys of the Pinelands totaling over 1,530 acres.
The project entailed the surveying of lands in which the title of the land was to be transferred to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. These surveys were performed to the
standards set by the NJDEP Green Acres Program.
Dresdner Robin obtained the necessary deeds and plans of the property in question and the adjoining properties. Dresdner Robin then created a network of control and located site features, information that was then used to determine the location of the outbound of the parcel being acquired by the state.
Property corners were set in accordance with the contract.
