Dresdner Robin is proud to have played a key role in the transformation of 290 Coles Street. We provided LSRP and environmental consulting services to assist the Albanese Organization‘s remediation of the property. We also provided Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Survey services to help pave the way for this major development.
With site work set to begin in the coming months, we’re thrilled to see this project move forward and supporting the Albanese Organization. This transformative mixed-use development will be a great addition to Jersey City, and we’re honored to be part of the journey.
