Redevelopment of 180 Baldwin

The former Mueller’s pasta factory at 180 Baldwin in Jersey City, NJ is undergoing redevelopment as a four-building complex comprising two 7-story and two 25-story residential buildings with ground floor commercial space.

Dresdner Robin provided preliminary site investigation, zoning, site engineering, roadway design, and expert testimony. Landscape design services included streetscape, lighting, and pavement design and a one-acre central courtyard, featuring decorative pavement, trees and lawn areas, a trellised terrace, site furnishings, privacy walks, and an extensive planting plan.
