30 Hudson
Located in the Jersey City Colgate Redevelopment District, the 42-story building at 30 Hudson is the tallest commercial structure in New Jersey. Completed in 2004, 30 Hudson is phase one of a three-parcel development plan. Dresdner Robin provided site plan, roadway and utility infrastructure design, environmental permitting, and construction services for the project. Featuring four levels of underground parking in a flood hazard area, the site included evaluation of flood hazard mitigation.
