99 Hudson
Within the Colgate Redevelopment District in Jersey City, NJ, 99 Hudson is a 79-story, 781-unit condominium building. Completed in 2019, the 900-foot tower is the tallest building in the New Jersey. The tower required a modification to the existing zoning. Dresdner Robin provided advanced technology and survey and planning services that amended the allowable zoning in the Colgate Redevelopment Plan. With this planning work in place, we performed grading, utility, and stormwater management design. We prepared permitting documents and a flood hazard mitigation plan since the site was located within a flood hazard area.
