Grand Jersey

The Grand Jersey Development Area is a blighted industrial area located between downtown Jersey City, NJ and Liberty State Park. Dresdner Robin is currently providing survey, planning, environmental remediation, and site engineering. Environmental investigations have identified heavy concentrations of hazardous chemicals and solvents, some as deep as 23 feet below grade in the project area.

As the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) Dresdner Robin conducted soil and groundwater investigation, developed remediation plans, and has monitored the remediation effort.

Site design to address flood-hazard, utility service and end-user requirements continues. Once completed, Grand Jersey will be a true story of resilience and transformation and a vibrant waterfront neighborhood.
