A vacant church in West Caldwell, NJ has been transformed into the home of a non-profit therapeutics center for children with special needs. Our team provided site lighting, and landscaping design, professional planning, and surveying services. We worked to prepare detailed site plan drawings and documents to successfully procure municipal site plan and outside agency approvals.
The result is a facility that not only blends in with the existing community but also provides the client with a much-needed expansion to their program, which includes on-site lodging, allowing Therapeutics the ability to offer families this key service during therapy services.
The design included site and driveway design, ramp and deck design for ADA access to the manse building, lighting and landscaping, and design of a protected playground area for the children.
