Dresdner Robin worked comprehensively with the project team and the City of Jersey City in the preparation of a Redevelopment Plan Amendment to the New Jersey City University – West Campus Redevelopment Plan. We also coordinated with the project team and the City of Jersey City to assist in the recommendation of the Redevelopment Plan Amendment by the Jersey City Planning Board and it’s adoption by the City Council of Jersey City. We prepared conceptual site plans which we eventually transformed into site construction documents. Our work consisted of designing site layout, grading, drainage and utility design, stormwater management, landscape architecture, and preparation of site-related technical specifications.
