Dresdner Robin was retained by Park Willow LLC to perform environmental due diligence and site remediation of a three-block waterfront location within the prime 14th Street redevelopment zone of Hoboken, NJ. Our work scope included a pre-acquisition due diligence assessment, and a post-acquisition environmental investigation and remediation of buildings, site soils and groundwater. Technical services included asbestos surveys, underground storage tank removals, site/remedial investigations, remedial action design and implementation, and feasibility and cost estimating. Soil and groundwater remediation was performed pursuant to applicable regulations under the oversight of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) employed by Dresdner Robin. This included the preparation of key deliverables to the NJDEP in the form of Preliminary Assessment Reports, Site Investigation Reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Receptor Evaluations, UST Closure Reports, Remedial Action Workplans, Deed Notices, Classification Exception Areas, Remedial Action Permits, and Remedial Action Reports.
