The Sunrise Bridgewater, NJ facility is a 3-story, 84-unit senior living residence with associated site and landscape improvements.
Dresdner Robin prepared detailed site plan drawings and documents utilized for the successful procurement of municipal site plan approval and various outside agency approvals. The design included a bio-retention system in accordance with NJDEP’s Best Management Practices Manual and the latest stormwater regulations for water quantity, quality, and groundwater recharge. The stormwater facility design consists of a multi-layer substratum basin with a gravel underdrain and includes vegetation planned to mimic existing features within the development. Dresdner Robin designed elaborate and diverse planting schemes with layouts for walkways and passive recreational areas including pergolas, patios and pavilions. In addition to local approvals, Dresdner Robin also obtained the required County and State approvals consisting of Soil Conservation, NJDOT Minor Access Permit and NJDEP Freshwater Wetlands.
