Our client operates a very large, integrated, mixed-use Harmon Meadow complex of offices, retail stores, hotel, theater, and restaurants in Secaucus, NJ. Dresdner Robin is engaged in an ongoing process of surveying a mixed-use complex of offices, 53 retail stores, a hotel, a theater, and restaurants. Our survey team has already completed ALTA/NSPS surveys, minor subdivisions and surveying for redevelopment of portions of the property. The work involves analysis of flood plains, riparian / tideland grants and complicated land rights. The goal: to transform the area and attract new prospects.
