Dresdner Robin is proud to congratulate the Related Companies and Panepinto Properties on the groundbreaking of the Harborside IV redevelopment in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey. This milestone marks the Related Companies’ first redevelopment project in the state of New Jersey. The high-rise residential development will feature a 38-story tower and a 50-story tower arranged in an L-shaped configuration atop an eight-story parking podium. The project will deliver approximately 800 residential units, along with 399 vehicle parking spaces and 411 bicycle parking spaces.
In addition, the development includes approximately 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, contributing to the vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhood. Resident amenities will feature a state-of-the-art health club, a landscaped amenity deck, and a pool located on the 39th floor. Dresdner Robin is a major contributor to the project’s design and is providing a comprehensive range of services, including environmental, civil, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying services. Harborside IV is across the street from our downtown Jersey City office, and we look forward to watching the progress of the construction as it unfolds.
