Earlier this month, Jersey City officials gathered for the ribbon cutting of a brand-new public plaza at Exchange Place. This milestone development transformed a busy throughway into a pedestrian-friendly area. The project has already impacted the community by bringing intentionality to the space and is now a clear pathway for commuters going to the PATH station or light rail.
Dresdner Robin provided utility and design improvement services to the project, including a new playground and seating arrangements, as well as updated landscaping. The project is Jersey City’s first public plaza along the waterfront with a New York City skyline view.
