DRCM brings a unique blend of knowledge in the environmental, real estate development and construction industries by combining our expertise in construction management, remediation, demolition, abatement, property loss restoration, environmental science, engineering, and health & safety. Our expertise in all of these areas enhances the preparation of a project plan, schedule and budget and the execution of a project contracting strategy that effectively transfers risk while cost effectively realizing a project’s objective. Our innovative and proven approaches to risk management and remediation can effectively limit or eliminate risks to owners, developers, and lenders surrounding cost, schedule, regulatory, environmental, and pollution.
DRCM offers comprehensive services with various project delivery systems, including Construction Manager at Risk, in which we hold all of the remediation and associated construction sub-contracts for the work. In this capacity, we assume responsibility and manage cost, schedule, scope, safety, and quality. We also provide fixed fee or Guaranteed Maximum Pricing. We offer project insurance including General Liability, Pollution Liability and Professional Liability, with no exclusions, at limits up to $100 million per project.
Our ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate problems before they happen, and quickly resolve unexpected issues allows us to manage the risk in projects involving all types of environmental contaminants. We combine our expertise in the technical areas with skills and resources in environmental regulations and law, environmental insurance, and indemnification to offer comprehensive solutions for environmental liability transfer.
