Jersey City’s planning board approved changes to the Monticello Triangle project which we the team at Dresdner Robin is excited to be providing the site engineering and landscape architecture (site and rooftop) for the project. The project will be a great addition to the neighborhood adding 304 units of housing as well as 9,285 square feet of commercial retail space plus a 2,820 square foot public plaza and green space area. As the article mentions, “Eight of the residences in the future complex will be set aside as affordable housing for those with moderate incomes, which can range between 50% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).”
