We are excited to announce that Manchanda Group recently broke ground on a mixed-use building at the corner of Tonnele and Van Reipen Avenue in Jersey City, NJ. The project falls within the Journal Square 2060 Redevelopment Plan, which is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Jersey City. The site was previously a vacant residential building and associated parking lot.
Dresdner Robin, in coordination with Mastropietro + Emara Architects provided their expertise to design a transformational redevelopment project comprised of a 13-story mixed-use building with 197 units and approximately 12,000 SF of office space and 4,400 SF of indoor amenity space. Dresdner Robin led the roof-top design that includes all of the latest urban design features including a spacious outdoor rooftop amenity deck featuring a pool terrace, a dog run, and various gathering spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and dining area. In addition, the Dresdner Robin team worked to design and implement resiliency improvements to the nearby Brett Triangle Park. Brett Triangle Park has been reimagined as a rain garden, capturing run-off from the adjacent roadways and filtering the stormwater through native plantings.
