30 Hudson
OUR ROLE IN MEETING A TALL ORDER
A river. A tower. An ambitious plan. Now known as the tremendously tall 30 Hudson office tower. Standing at 791-feet tall and consisting of 42 stories, it holds the title of being the tallest commercial structure in New Jersey.
While it was being designed and constructed, this massive skyscraper was going to change the game for the average office worker. On the banks of New Jersey, 30 Hudson gave businesses an opportunity to expand and grow.
Dresdner Robin was brought in early in the project by Hines Interest to help design the 2-million square foot building. We provided our client with top-notch investigation and evaluation of infrastructure and systems, utility coordination, Brownfield redevelopment, zoning/permit review and negotiation, civil site design, and construction support. This project was transformation on a large scale.
