350 Warren

FROM WAREHOUSE TO LOFT LIVING

Taking up an entire city block, this beautifully developed and renovated residence sits on the corner of Warren and Morgan Streets in Jersey City. What used to be the Butler Brothers’ Warehouse is now Mill Creek’s vibrant Modera Lofts. The 8-story, 377-unit residential building consists of studios as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. There’s enough room for retail space, galleries, artist studios, and an underground parking garage with 99 spaces. Multipurpose buildings, like this one, that serve as both work and living spaces are in high demand.

Dresdner Robin played a large role in providing civil engineering, design, and property survey services. These included the boundary and topographic survey, a subdivision plan and site plan, document set, site plan review, conformed site plans, and environmental/service extension permits.
