With a lot of help from Dresdner Robin, what was formerly an ordinary commuter parking lot will soon transform into a 900-foot-tall skyscraper – the tallest in the state. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2019.

We provided advanced technology and survey services and planning services that amended the Colgate Redevelopment Plan. With groundwork in place, we performed preliminary grading design, utility design, and stormwater modeling, culminating in obtaining approval from the Jersey City Planning Board. We then prepared final construction documents, and secured permits for flood hazard area, water, and sewer to allow construction to begin.

We continue to be involved during construction, providing administrative services and oversight for the installation of the utility infrastructure around the site. Soon enough, the completed building will anchor the Jersey City downtown waterfront and transform the skyline – a far cry from the site’s mundane past.
