Intensive Therapeutics

FROM CHURCH TO REHABILITATION CENTER

With the help of Dresdner Robin, a vacant church in West Caldwell has been transformed into the home of a non-profit therapeutics center for children with special needs. Our teams provided site, lighting, and landscaping design as well as professional planning and surveying services. The end result is a facility that not only blends in with the existing community but also provides the client with a much-needed expansion to their program. The design also gave Intensive Therapeutics the ability to offer families from outside the area an option for on-site lodging during therapy services.

We worked to prepare detailed site plan drawings and documents to successfully procure municipal site plan and outside agency approvals. The design included site and driveway design, ramp and deck design for ADA access to the manse building, lighting and landscaping, and design of a protected playground area for the children.
