Park Willow LLC

ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS

Dresdner Robin was retained by Park Willow LLC to assist with the acquisition and redevelopment of three city blocks adjacent to the waterfront along the Gold Coast of Hoboken. A vibrant mixed use urban development plan will provide an ideal live and work neighbored with an abundance of amenities for residents as well as the public.

Our initial scope included due diligence assessment to assist our client in mitigating liability. After the acquisition, we shifted to characterizing any environmental hazards within the existing buildings themselves to facilitate demolition. This included asbestos surveys, characterization of the building components, and removal of underground storage tanks.

Following building demolition, our scope consisted of the investigation and remediation of the properties pursuant to applicable regulations under the oversight of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) employed by Dresdner Robin. This included site/remedial investigations, remedial action design and implementation, feasibility and cost estimating, and the preparation of key deliverables to the NJDEP in the form of Preliminary Assessment Reports, Site Investigation Reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Receptor Evaluations, UST Closure Reports, Remedial Action Workplans, Deed Notices, Classification Exception Areas, Remedial Action Permits, and Remedial Action Reports. Upon completion of remediation and redevelopment, Dresdner Robin will issue a Response Action Outcome (RAO).
