Dresdner Robin is an award-winning leader in urban design and development, and a pioneer in Brownfield redevelopment. In the 1970s, our perspective as an innovative engineering, land use and environmental services firm enabled us to create and implement the first ever remedial action plan in the state of New Jersey for the Newport development site in Jersey City.
The Newport Mall project is but one example of the type of transformational work that is at the core of the Dresdner Robin mindset. We’ve continued our work in land use services for both private and public sector clients in New Jersey, expanding into the larger New York and Philadelphia Metro areas as well as Connecticut. We’ve even ventured beyond those borders with forays into the Washington State and Puerto Rican markets.
Relocating to Jersey City in 1985, Dresdner Robin made an extraordinary contribution to our new home, committing time, energy, and expertise on the rebirth of the urban landscape. Over the years, we’ve ramped up our focus on city planning and environmental leadership. Notable Jersey City projects include the Newport Mall, the Hudson Exchange, and Porte Liberté.
Our growth has mirrored our expansion into other areas, with site civil engineering, land surveying, environmental planning, and landscape architecture rounding out our repertoire. Still a privately held company with four office locations, Dresdner Robin continues to draw the best creative minds to our multi-functional team.
